Trimax TAR300 Anti-Rattle Locking Hitch Pin

The Trimax TAR300 is an anti-rattle 5/8 inch locking receiver pin. The TAR 300 is designed to be used inside either a draw bar or hitch mounted bike rack that does not use a stabilizing pin. The Trimax TAR300 is designed using machined steel in order to provide strength and longevity to your hitch stabilizer.

The TAR300 includes a wrench which is used to both set the nut in place and tighten the pin in place. It also includes keys which are used to lock and unlock the hitch pin. Lastly is utilizes a water tight cap over the lock cylinder to help seal out dirt and corrosion.

Installation steps:

• 1) Install the lock nut into your draw bar or bike rack and aligned the nut with the hole the pin would go through.
  
• 2) Insert the draw bar or bike rack into your receiver and begin to tighten.
  
• 3) Insert 5/8 sleeve onto the side you are going to be attaching the locking head.
  
• 4)Then lock then head on the pin and place water tight cap over the lock cylinder
